Company Description

We are a working farm raising Belgian Draft Horses, pygmy and fainting goats, chickens, cattle, etc. We offer farm tours, winter sleigh rides in Lake Placid, wagon and carriage rides, and a fall corn maze and pumpkin patch. We are open for visitors by chance or appointment. September and October we are open daily and you do not need to make an appointment.

Sleigh Rides are in Lake Placid at the John Brown Farm. For a more in depth description, prices, hours, etc. please check out Adirondack Sleigh Rides page. Currently the prices are $45/adult, $20/child 4-10 years, and 3 and under are free. Reservations are encouraged. We also offer a private romantic ride $250/couple. We provide blankets and hot cocoa. Reservations are required.
