If I could leave less I would. I called this establishment over 15 times in 2 weeks. They never answered and never called back despite numerous messages. When I was finally able to speak with someone they were extremely rude and dismissive. Stated that I needed to make an appt to come and pick up fish. I explained that I had been trying for 2 weeks to make the appt. She stated they were too busy to contact me and that I would have to make an appt on their schedule ( which again is only 4 days a week for 6hrs) as 4 hrs notice was not enough time for them to prepare 5 carp. She then told me because I was upset that they don't answer the phone to find another vendor as nothing is their fault. Again hard to make an appt when you are unreachable and don't call back. Would never recommend these people as their customer service is non existent.
