Inspired by the need for a community gathering space, the Whiteaker Community Market will act as an adhesive force which will bring together the diverse talents of our neighborhood. In an effort to support the Whiteaker Community Council to purchase the lot for future community space, it only makes sense to utilize the skills of the Whiteaker's very own small-scale entrepreneurs. We believe that a market founded by artists and local, organic food systems will create a sense of place and allow the spirit of the Whiteaker to thrive!
